Higher education is undergoing  a dramatic change in Ipswich, home of  a new university.  University Campus Suffolk, due to open  2007, provides ideal investment opportunity  in the area.

The £163 million will initially cater for 4,000 to 6,000 students and the campus will be within walking distance. Ipswich centre itself is due for a £50 million uplift to transform into a cosmopolitan metropolis of clubs, cafes and bars, parks, galleries, museums and cinemas, with the picturesque Suffolk countryside close by.

The university will greatly benefit the local property market due to the increased demand for rental accommodation. The development of the local area will create an ideal investment opportunity for forward-thinking parents or buy-to-let investors looking to take advantage of the further regeneration in Ipswich.
