In
November 2001 Instant Portfolio was conceived as a Partnership
working with various Banks in the UK, buying property at a discount
to the market value.
Within a
year the Partners owned many properties, which they had personally
negotiated a discount on with the vendor.
This
exercise was long and tedious and resulted in the loss of many sales
where a vendor would change their mind on the discount initially
offered and the deal would collapse at cost to the Partners.
In
addition, the Banks and Financial institutions became less interested
in the product of discounted or gifted deposits as they felt it
impossible to fully monitor and informed the Partners of this and
stated that unless they can work with an actual developer, giving a
legitimate discount to a multiple buyer, they would not be
interested. With this in mind the Partners contacted various
developers throughout the UK and the response was positive. However,
in order to negotiate the top discount volume was paramount. The
Partners needed associates to make up the volume and these associates
needed to be protected and have their hands held through the initial purchases.
With this
in mind the Partners sought the expertise of many industry
professionals, compounding over 45 years experience, and Instant
Portfolio was formed.
The
membership level is now approaching 300 associates all who have
either purchased or are in the process of purchasing property,
deposit free, and are working with us building an investment-property
portfolio having gained the inside track to the way ahead. |
